Case Study - Mrs Jackson

Mrs Jackson first contacted Home Service four years ago, enquiring if we could assist with domestic duties as a private package. An office co-ordinator went to visit Mrs Jackson and discussed what cleaning support she required.

Mrs Jackson wanted to know the prices and how she would go about paying for the help she would receive. This was all explained to her and she was very happy that we were able to bill monthly and were able to take card payments over the phone.

Mrs Jackson had mentioned in conversation to our office co-ordinator that she used to love swimming, it was something that always helped her with her fitness. The co-ordinator informed Mrs Jackson that we could arrange for her to go to the local swimming baths and support her while she was there. Mrs Jackson was extremely pleased with this offer and asked if we could start the following week. Home Service made sure that the carer they chose enjoyed swimming and would be happy to join in if Mrs Jackson felt that she needed the company in the pool.

Four years on Mrs Jackson still has the same carer and has extended her call to take her for a coffee after her swim.
