Home Service provide care and support to our service users from 6.30am to 10pm. Peak hours for care services are usually provided in the mornings, lunchtimes, teatimes and evenings, seven days per week; therefore the hours can be flexible to suit you.

The hours which you are available to work are determined by you from the start, so whether you require full time work or part time to suit around family life or other work commitments the choice is yours. We offer full training, uniform and competitive rates of pay with increases for those who gain their NVQ qualifications, as well as increased payments for unsocial hours and full holiday pay.

We provide a full Induction to the Common Induction Standards, shadowing, regular supervision, annual appraisals and regular meetings where all participate.

Our office staff are friendly and helpful, we believe in equal opportunities and diversity, and we have the Investors in People Bronze Award. All posts are subject to an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) check.

Working areas are Herne Bay, Whitstable and the surrounding villages.
